We are recruiting unique individuals for both ESR and our clients for the roles of Talent Sourcer and Research Analyst in regular 1) full/2) part-time roles or on 3) per project basis as a freelancer. You have the full flexibility to work from anywhere in the world! All of our work is 100% phone-based and we do not meet candidates face-to-face, which provides a lot of work flexibility. We have a community mindset regardless of role and conduct regular workshops for everyone, access to our training academy and The Researcher Roundtable.
The Talent Sourcer and Research Analyst, are responsible for conducting research in the domestic and international marketplace according to the ESR methodology to identify and conduct phone interviews with the goal of providing our clients with the best possible talent (who are not looking for a new job, but has to be approached individually) to hire. Our success is driven by our team/network of talents sourcers and analysts mastering the four core traits; intensity, persistence, quality and ownership, together with an inborn desire to learn and grow.
We are interested in professional talent sourcers as well as newly graduates or those still in university open for part-time or project based work. There is no requirement to have a background in recruitment and outbound sales. If you work as an experienced freelancer today and are interested in per project based work or a part-time or full-time role for our recruitment firm clients or for a corporate clients we are also interested to hear from you. We believe that with certain core traits the skills to excel in our field can be learned. We provide comprehensive training in recruitment together with the latest AI, with ChatGPT integrated throughout our work model. The key for us is that you are strong at communication with people at all levels, analytical, creative and driven to succeed, which should be reflected in your background. You need to enjoy to work proactively and outbound as our value offering to clients is about providing them with high performance top passive candidates that they otherwise could not just themselves find or contacted on Linkedin or through a job board. For our positions it being for ESR or for clients is a requirement to be fluent in the local language for the markets we work (Norway, Sweden and the U.S.) to be considered.
Our compensation structure is competitive consisting of base, plus bonus with strong financial incentive. For part time we can also consider project based compensation.
