Our corporate social responsibility program is an integrated part of our organization. We apply our signature recruitment method to identify, headhunt and support neighborhood rescue leadership for struggling urban communities in the U.S. Our goal is to this way reduce crime through our Neighborhood Rescue Challenge to create safer and better communities for the children and their pets. In addition we provide International Grants to unique "Game Changers" we "headhunt".
Every team member at ESR donates a number of days per year to our CSR program. Our company makes a financial donation from each client project donated to this cause. Being a company of good has been essential for ESR since its inception in 1997.
To have the biggest possible impact with our efforts we formed our own 501 (c)(3) non-profit; Neighborhood Rescue of America. This organization is 100% funded by ESR.
We started ESR´s CRS program Neighborhood Rescue of America Challenge, outlined in the documentary Vegas Viking, where we apply our skillset to headhunt the game changers. The unique initiative has been taken on by community leaders and law-enforcement across the U. S .
Our annual intern program at Neighborhood Rescue of America is very popular, receiving over 12,000 applicants last year. The 8 week modular program teaches participants recruitment, research and management. ESR actively recruits for its internal positions from this program.
