REFERRAL PROGRAM
There is a strong financial revenue upside for ESR´s partners
The triple-stream model for ESR´s partners/affiliates:
- Financial upside from the referrals provided directly to ESR (equal to 10% of our project fee), which results in us conducting our short-list service, with also the repeat revenue stream (high potential passive income) for you from the leads you generate.
- Financial upside (equal to 10 % percentage of project fee) also from all deals generated by other affiliates/consultants. Plus they will themselves also get a success fee.
- Financial upside on referrals from ESR resulting in increased business for your company, of which we dont take any fee. The same goes for being part of our referral program; which also has no fee.
Our clients often need additional services beyond our short list service and we always seek to recommend one of our preferred partners/affiliates.
If, for example one of our clients request a full-service headhunter to handle the entire recruitment process, we will suggest one of the over 50 excellent executive search clients we already work for. The same goes when our clients have other specific needs as we seek to market our referral partners.
